1. Introduction

By using our platform or purchasing/enrolling in any course, you expressly accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services or make any payment.

Our website, courses and content are hosted on Learnyst, and all payments are processed through the Razorpay Payment Gateway.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

You must be a resident of India or otherwise legally permitted under applicable laws and regulations to purchase and access these online courses.

By registering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have obtained valid consent from a parent or legal guardian. We may not verify such consent and rely on your declaration.

3. Account & Registration
You agree to provide accurate, complete and up‑to‑date information during registration and on your profile.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

We may temporarily suspend or permanently terminate your account (with or without prior notice) if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in misuse, or provided false information.

4. Courses & Content
All courses and study materials are digital in nature and access will be as stated in the course description (e.g. lifetime or limited‑time access).

All content, including videos, recordings, PDFs, quizzes, and other materials, is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You must not:

Download, copy, distribute, share, upload, record or reproduce the content without prior written permission.

Use content for any commercial purpose (e.g., re‑selling, xeroxing, redistribution in classes/online groups).

Any act of plagiarism, piracy, or unauthorized redistribution may lead to removal of access, account termination, and legal action.

We reserve the right to update, modify or discontinue any course, module, or feature with reasonable notice on the platform or via email.

5. Payments (Razorpay‑based)
All payments for the Services shall be made in Indian Rupees (INR) and processed securely through the Razorpay Payment Gateway.

The course price shown on the relevant product page is inclusive of all visible charges unless explicitly stated otherwise (e.g. taxes such as GST, if applicable, may be added as per law).

Access to the course will be granted only after successful payment confirmation from Razorpay.

In the event of payment failure, dispute, or refund request, we will follow Razorpay’s policies and procedures for processing and settlement, along with our own Refund & Cancellation Policy given below.

Razorpay is an independent third‑party payment gateway and is not responsible for the quality, content or delivery of our courses. All payment‑related terms are also subject to Razorpay’s own terms and conditions.

We sell digital educational products (online courses); therefore, refunds are limited and granted only under clearly defined conditions.

A. Refund Eligibility
Refunds will be considered only if all of the following conditions are met:

Refund request is submitted within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase/payment, to the email specified in our “Contact Us” section.

You have accessed less than 25% of the course content (based on completed videos, downloaded materials, or platform‑generated analytics).

The reason for refund is a genuine technical issue on our side that cannot be reasonably resolved by our support within a reasonable time (e.g., 48–72 hours). Proof such as screenshots or error descriptions may be requested.

“Technical issue” means genuine platform‑side errors (e.g., videos not loading, quiz submission failures, login issues) that persist despite reasonable troubleshooting and are not caused by your device, internet connection, or third‑party apps.

B. No‑Refund Situations
We do not provide refunds in the following cases:

More than 7 calendar days have passed since the date of purchase.

You have accessed 25% or more of the course content.

The course is marked as “completed” on the Learnyst platform or you have already received a course completion certificate.

Refund is requested due to change of mind, personal dissatisfaction, or claims that “content is not what you expected”, provided that the course description disclosed the actual content, structure and scope.

The course was purchased at a discounted, promotional or special‑offer price.

You have used any free trial or limited‑time access offer that you later wish to replace with a paid plan.

C. Refund Process via Razorpay
To request a refund, send an email to [your email] from the registered email ID, clearly including:

Your full name.

Order ID / payment ID (as shown in Razorpay/your email receipt).

Reason for refund and supporting evidence (screenshots, error descriptions, etc.).

We will review and verify your request within 3–5 working days and inform you about approval or rejection.

If approved, the refund will be initiated through Razorpay, and credited back to the original payment method used at purchase. Processing typically takes 7–10 working days, depending on your bank/gateway.

Processing fees or gateway charges levied by Razorpay or your bank (if any) are non‑refundable and may be deducted from the refund amount as per Razorpay’s standard charge‑back/tax accounting rules.

Any applicable taxes, TDS, or bank‑levied charges will not be refunded and may reduce the net refund amount credited to you.

D. Cancellation
Immediate cancellation (pre‑access): If you request cancellation before being granted access to any course material (i.e., immediately after enrolment), we may adjust/rollback the transaction as per Razorpay’s charge‑back/refund process.

Auto‑enrol / subscription / bundle services: You may cancel auto‑renewal/subscription anytime through your account dashboard or by sending a written request to [your email]. Cancellation will take effect from the next billing cycle. Any amount already paid for a completed billing period will not be refunded.

7. Intellectual Property
All course content, video lectures, recordings, PDFs, logos, website design, text, visuals, quizzes, tools and other materials available via the platform are the exclusive intellectual property of [Your Name / Your Business Name] and/or its authorized partners.

You are granted only a non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, personal and non‑commercial license to access and view such content for your own study purposes.

Any use beyond this (e.g., resale, redistribution, adaptation, derivative works, commercial coaching classes using our material) requires prior written consent.

8. User Conduct
You agree not to:

Copy, screen‑record, extract, share, upload, or disseminate any course content on any third‑party platform, Telegram/WhatsApp groups, YouTube, websites, or social media.

Attempt to hack, disrupt, overload, or interfere with the website or Learnyst/Razorpay systems.

Use abusive, defamatory, offensive, or discriminatory language in comments, discussion forums, Q&A sections, emails, or support tickets.

Create multiple accounts to evade restrictions, duplicate free trials, exploit promotional offers, or misuse referral benefits.

Violations may result in immediate termination of access, account ban, and may expose you to civil and/or criminal legal liability for copyright infringement, cheating, or misuse of digital services.

9. Limitation of Liability
We do not guarantee that, upon completion of a course, you will achieve specific outcomes such as job placement, salary hike, or defined income increase, unless expressly agreed in a separate written contract.

Completion of a course does not guarantee employment, promotion, income increase, or any specific financial outcome. All such statements are indicative and not contractual promises.

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption, arising out of your use of the Services.

Our maximum aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount you have paid for the relevant course(s) in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless us, our affiliates, directors, employees, contractors and partners from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with:

Any breach of these Terms by you.

Your misuse of the content (e.g., copyright violation, plagiarism, redistribution).

Any use of your account, even if claimed to be unauthorized, if resulting from your failure to secure your login credentials.

11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the Services at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms, misuse, abuse, or fraudulent behaviour.

In the case of termination due to your violation, no refund will be provided, unless otherwise required by law or separate written agreement.

Where termination relates to our breach or technical failure (covered under Refund Policy), refunds will be processed as per Section 5 and the Refund & Cancellation Policy above.

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in providing Services due to reasons beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to technical failures, third‑party platform issues, internet disruptions, or force majeure events.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions, including our Refund & Cancellation Policy, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, particularly the Information Technology Act, 2000 and other applicable statutes.

Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.

Parties shall first attempt to resolve any dispute amicably through good‑faith negotiation before initiating any legal proceedings.

13. Changes to Terms
We may update, revise or modify these Terms & Conditions and/or the Refund Policy from time to time, for example based on changes in law, Razorpay policies, platform features or to clarify our position.

Material changes will be notified via email and/or be prominently displayed on our website for at least 30 days before they become effective.

Continued use of the website, Learnyst platform, or payment via Razorpay after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms, including the Refund & Cancellation Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us and supersede all prior communications.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.

14. Privacy Policy Reference
Our use of your personal information is governed by our separate Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using our Services, you consent to the collection, storage, use and disclosure of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
